Basic Food Flavors

PACKAGING:
Basic's products are packaged in 25 Kg corrugated-fiber carton with inner
poly-liner. Other forms of packaging (such as 50 Kg fiber drums with metal locking
lids, 25 Kg 5-ply craft bags, or foil package for high-humidity areas) are available upon request
for a nominal fee.
HANDLING:
Basic Food Flavors' HVP and Reaction products are stable in most
applications, and heat stable under normal conditions. All amino acid products undergo
Maillard reactions (browning) when sugar and moisture are present,
and care should be exercised for these types of applications.
STORAGE:
Storing Basic's products in a cool dry place will ensure a shelf life of 1.5 to
2 years.
