STORAGE CONDITION:
(Not all bases should be treated the same, but most bases with FULL SALT are as
follows:)
Storage should be in a clean, dry facility. Shipping and storage temperature
should be a maximum of 90 degrees F. In it's original container this product has
a typical shelf life in excess of one (1) year under recommended storage
conditions.
**Note** Reduced salt bases, some seafood and vegetable bases, and dry powder
bases have completely different storage conditions that vary depending on water
activity levels and salt content.
RECOMMENDED USAGE LEVEL: Most bases are 1:40 ratio, but this may also
vary depending on the product.
